Critical Incident Management

A critical incident is an actual or an alleged event that creates significant risk of substantial harm to others and requires leadership and complex decision making from senior management. The course provides an authoritative introduction into how to manage critical incidents for organisations, but can be adjusted to for those who want a more specific police or emergency services perspective.
