At the Centre for Issue and Crisis Management we are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Any personal information collected from our training or service information forms will ONLY be used for the purpose for which it was provided and not passed to any third party. The only information that may be stored is email information. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party unless you specifically request us to do so.

There is an opt-out button on our information forms so that your email information is not stored on our system. Any email data base will be used only for internal marketing purposes and not passed on to any third party. CICM will take appropriate operational and technical measures to ensure that no unlawful access or use of data occurs. It is, however, a fact that no transmission is ever 100% risk free, so any critical information transmitted to us is done so at the risk of the sender. If sensitive information needs to be conveyed, then this should be discussed first with the IT department of CICM to organise secure transmission.

Like many other websites, the CICM site uses Google Analytics to analyse how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer. These files collect information about your computer, such what pages are viewed and in what particular order.
